About Debby

Debby Struijk started her consulting career back in 1994 in the Netherlands, executing projects for companies such as Royal Dutch Shell, Cytec Industries and Heineken, covering a wide array of assignments in e.g. performance management systems optimization, establishing job education levels to bench-marking expatriate policies. Debby obtained her B.S. Degree in International Human Resources Management at the University of Rotterdam. She enjoyed earning a unique global corporate perspective by living and working in different countries as she collaborated with key leadership abroad in different continents, where focus lay on standardizing and improving policies, procedures and processes while embracing cross cultural effectiveness and thinking out of the box.

Debby’s ability to connect with people and establish effective cross- cultural relationships, has underscored her successes in driving employee and client performance to higher levels.  Her contributions to quality, productivity and “buy-in,” consistently serve as a signature trademark reflecting in measureable bottom-line margin improvements, employee retention and ROI. As a proven change management agent and leadership development coach, she is experienced in empowering and coaching top talent through acquisitions, cultural shifting and re-organizations. Skilled at managing change, Debby offers organizational stability through integration initiatives that embrace coaching, defining roles, accountability and retention strategies.
